Preexisting—Since you have serious pre-existing conditions, your only online option is Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan.  You can register and get your specific Blue Cross Quotes and Apply online here.  This will allow you to see the current rates for Blue Cross products that are right for you.  However, unless you meet very specific criteria your pre-existing conditions will not be covered under the first 180 days or your policy effective date.
